Nicola is Signature’s Branch Manager and has extensive knowledge and experience within the industry having worked at management level and as a valuer for many years. Nicolas excellent customer service feedback, coupled with her commitment and drive to push Signature forward allows her to lead the team with professionalism, enthusiasm and sophistication. Nicola has a clear vision of what our customers need and possesses the modern entrepreneurial qualities that Mark himself is acclaimed for.
REBECCA TAIT - Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Rebecca is one of our senior negotiators at the Whitley Bay branch. She has many years of sales and lettings experience at a senior level and is a graduate in Property and Facilities Management. Rebecca’s superior local knowledge, proactive approach, confidence and experience within the industry allow her to achieve impressive results and provide high quality customer services to all clients.
CHARLOTTE WARREN - Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Charlotte’s passion and confidence lends itself well to our negotiating team in Whitley Bay. She has acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge from previous experience working as a junior lettings negotiator and having recently completed a degree in Estate management. Charlotte has adapted perfectly to every aspect within the job role and has proven that she is a valuable asset to the company.
SHIRLEY EMMERSON - Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Shirley is based in our Tynemouth branch and has a background in sales and retail at management level for over 13 years. She is professional, efficient and extremely proactive and is an invaluable member of our senior negotiating team. Shirley is an expert in providing the perfect antidote to the stresses of any home move with her experiences as a life coach.
LUCIE NIXON - Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Working alongside Shirley in our Tynemouth Branch, Lucie has over 11 years of experience working as a senior sales negotiator. Lucie brings with her drive, determination and commitment and has exceptional local knowledge of the coastal market being from Tynemouth herself. Lucie continues to offer a proactive approach, working hard to achieve the best results for our clients.
CARLY FOSTER - PA/Administration/Marketing
Carly is Mark's PA and she also runs the Administration and Marketing department. Carly's flair for creative writing and meticulous attention to detail allows her to compose our superior property particulars and contribute to our impressive marketing material. Residing in Tynemouth, Carly has gained a superb knowledge of the coastal market and often assisting with sales negotiations and progression, she has proven she can turn her hand to many roles within the industry.
APRIL LORD - PA/Administration/Marketing
April is the newest member of our team and works with Carly in our Administration and Marketing department. April is currently completing an apprenticeship with Signature in Business Admin and is working towards a career within the industry. April is focused, conscientious and ambitious and has settled into the position excellently, bringing with her inspiration and enthusiasm.

Located in our Tynemouth branch, Emma continues to provide free independent mortgage advice ensuring that clients are in the best position when buying and selling a property. With over fifteen years of industry experience and having previously worked for CS Financial services, Emma has used her entrepreneurial skills to become part of ‘Signature Finance’. Now a partner in the business, her wealth of knowledge and confidence has pushed Signature Finance forward using her proactive approach to offer our customers free, confidential financial advice.
